Lack of professionalism Went there to buy a car they said they would price match from a competing dealership. Drove all the way for the sales manager to say he needed in writing despite it being confirmed on the internet as well as over the phone. Proceeded to try and work a deal with this piece of work of a sales manager and finally we came to some sort of agreement. While they were going to move things from car to car and swap tires i got a call from the dealer they told me had false pricing and they gave me the honored pricing THAT CASTLE TOLD ME WAS NOT POSSIBLE AND FALSE, and literally gave me a deal i couldnt refuse. I then got off the phone and told the sales manager at Castle and he threw his hands up huffing and puffing and said thats the best he's going to do and stormed off. Best part is the service tech put the tires back on my car, didnt fill them back up with air to match the pressure in the front tires, then floored my car out the service drive and around the back of the building to where i put my arms up so he stopped the car and i told him to get out. He then told me he couldnt release me my car until someone told him he could. So after he hotrodded my car out the building, didnt fill the tires back up, he then refused to give me back my car. So i had to pull out my paper work in which he still reluctantly didnt want to hand over the car but finally did. The whole process was a mess. Worst dealer experience ever. More

Kelly told me that I should talk to Dana that if anyone could help me she could without being misleading. Not only did she spend almost 3 hours with me discussing the issues I was having she came into the dealership on her day off. That is exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond anything I would have thought. I am forever grateful for her help and knowledge and her compassion she has for Castle customers. Thank you Dana Dangles. I also want to personally thank the service department manager Steve Uginchus not only is he very knowledgeable he is very thorough with explaining answers to your automotive questions. We weren't easy customers- Buying our first car was a BIG deal for us, especially with a bun in the oven. I really believe they went out of their way to get us into the car we wanted for a price we could agree upon. I would recommend this dealership. More
