Great ending to my story! Things started a little on the apprehensive side for me. I live nearly 100 miles north of Castle Chevrolet, so the first communications were by e-mail Things started a little on the apprehensive side for me. I live nearly 100 miles north of Castle Chevrolet, so the first communications were by e-mail. Things advanced to where I was comfortable enough to make the drive to view the car. I’m not sure that I could ever buy a car sight unseen, but I could now, from a Castle. Nonetheless, after viewing the car and discussing everything with our salesperson Katie, my wife and I felt good enough to leave a deposit and continue the deal via email. All the way through, right up until delivery, Katie answered all of my questions and kept me informed where everything was at, including the delivery of the car. I hired my own transport company to pick it up at Castle and Katie took over from there. She even followed it through on her off hours. Now that, is something I appreciate. I never had to wonder where things were. Remember, I was now back in Wisconsin, hoping for the best. Castle Chevrolet, and Katie J. specifically, came through with flying colors for me.
