Then service writer asked if I lived in a bad neighborhood and that someone may have been attempting to steal tire. Impossible since my vehicle is parked on my driveway and that side of the vehicle is against the house and not able to fix it. No bearing on this I visited castle Buick and had a bad experience and recently stopped at castle Chevy in Elk Grove . I walked the showroom floor along with the lot and not once did a salesperson approach and ask if they could help, so I left. Was interested in a new Tahoe More
