We saw a couple of vehicles on the Castle web site and decided ro make the 50 .miles trip to Look at both of them Our salesman Chuck was very helpful in showing both vehicles we were interested in and the buying process. 2 weeks after buying the vehicle, we are very happy, drives like a dream. A surprisingly wonderful car buying experience! My husband, Tom, and I were "looking" for a Chevy Malibu. Jasper greeted us as we entered the dealership. We discussed the Malibu LS and LT with Jas My husband, Tom, and I were "looking" for a Chevy Malibu. Jasper greeted us as we entered the dealership. We discussed the Malibu LS and LT with Jasper. After driving both vehicles and discussing what we "seniors" really wanted in a car, Jasper assisted us in choosing the LS. We definitely wanted the LS (although it did not come in Red per Tom's request) but we rarely, if ever, buy something that expensive on the first visit. Jasper, the "pro", stated the dealership wanted to sell us a car. After much give and take, we did purchase the "silver" Malibu LS. When we came to pick up the car the next day, Jasper was there ready to assist us. Jasper not only showed us key features of the car but also programed my IPhone to get me started. I would be amiss if I did not say I truly delighted in the humorous give and take between Dave, Jasper. Tom and me. I must mention that Jeff was also very knowledgeable and a delight to converse with regarding not only Chevy cars but many interesting topics. Will I return to Castle Chevrolet in Villa Park again? You betcha!! More

Nobody enjoys the car-buying process! Sales rep and porters were wonderful! Managers involved in negotiating the price are not transparent and have little integrity. I have yet to find a Sales rep and porters were wonderful! Managers involved in negotiating the price are not transparent and have little integrity. I have yet to find anyone who enjoys buying a car. All seem to agree the process is exhausting and frustrating. My experience was typical. John Porter, the salesman who worked with me, was pleasant, helpful, and respectful. Those involved in negotiating the price (which I believe are the managers) are unfriendly, uncooperative, and not transparent; however, this is consistent with all dealerships. It's the nature of the beast. Specifically at Castle Villa Park, I called ahead of time and told "Joey" the stock numbers I wanted to test drive. Joey mentioned one car was not available--that it was either in service or being washed. Of course it was the least expensive of the cars I wanted to test drive. Since it would be at least 30 minutes until my arrival, I asked that it be located. When I arrived, two "managers" were at the desk, neither admitting to being "Joey" when I asked about the car that was in service or being washed. One man (still not sure if he was Joey or not) indicated that car was sold two days prior. Strange that the story changed on that car's status since inventory and sales are all tracked in their system. Anyway, I was shocked to find only one of the cars I requested to test drive was ready. Although it was a new car with no mileage, it was scratched. They offered to buff it, perhaps assuming I was an idiot (since I'm a female) and would accept such an offer. The other vehicle I wanted to test drive was not ready. A porter had to be located who would remove the snow, wash the vehicle and fill it up with gas. It was a LONG wait, but turned out to be the car I purchased. The "managers" tried to sneak in an extra $299 fee during the negotiating process, but I appreciate that they were quick to remove it without a fight. The porters delivered my car to my home 20 miles away within just a few hours, and I'm grateful it arrived timely and in good condition. Although the process is frustrating and exhausting at all dealerships, I found it more tolerable at Castle Chevrolet, and I greatly appreciate that! Our next car purchase is less than a year away, and we expect to go to Castle Chevrolet again. More

Sold me a car with bad tires I recently purchased a car from this dealership. I already have it in the shop with a laundry list of things to fix, along with bad back tires. How are the tires already bad, and I just purchased it. The first highway drive, I almost ended up wrecking many times. Smh I guess people still get taken advantage of. I wish dealerships just put a good product out just because it's the right thing to do. They guy that sold me the car acted nice. He should have advised me the back tires were worn and insisted to replace them before I took it. As a matter of fact, those tires should have been replaced before it went for sale. They weren't safe to even conduct test drives. More
