Customer Service I had an issue with a used vehicle I purchased at Castle. Zack the Service Manager went above and beyond to make sure the problem was corrected, made I had an issue with a used vehicle I purchased at Castle. Zack the Service Manager went above and beyond to make sure the problem was corrected, made sure I had a loaner vehicle waiting when I arrived to switch out my daughters car seat from my car to the loaner vehicle and also making sure it was securely installed.
