The dealership is nice and clean. I went in seeing a advertised price online and I when I test drove the car I liked, I went to talk numbers. This is when i find out that the advertised price is not my advertised price online and I when I test drove the car I liked, I went to talk numbers. This is when i find out that the advertised price is not my price as I need to qualify first with a list of questions. This information is not specified in the advertisement. The negotiating process is pretty much pay the asking price. I did buy the car as I liked it and it was still priced lower than the other local chevy dealerships. More

Worst service department! This service department is the worst department I have every been too! Instead of being helpful and pleasant,, they act like I should diagnose and fi This service department is the worst department I have every been too! Instead of being helpful and pleasant,, they act like I should diagnose and fix the problem or problems myself, Are new vehicle is under warranty, they get paid from chevy to make these repairs, it make know sense to me why I am treated as a burden, when they are being paid from Chevy for warranty work. Most dealership treat their customers with care and respect.! In the long run it sad to say Castle Chevy will eliminate themselves,with a horrible service department! More

Serviced new GMC Sierra for first time for oil change. Was told 4 recalls which is fine but would take all day and had no loaners. I would think they would have told me when confirming my appointment. Onl Was told 4 recalls which is fine but would take all day and had no loaners. As of December 27, 2019, the sales manager I worked with told me at the Elk Grove Castle Chevrolet the Internet price is the lowest the price will be at Elk Grove. When I walked him through my offer and exp told me at the Elk Grove Castle Chevrolet the Internet price is the lowest the price will be at Elk Grove. When I walked him through my offer and explained why I thought I could pay what I offered, including the discounts, he then proceeded to show me that the price he was going to offer me was $2000 more than asking price online. None of my rationale for pricing was refuted so I left. More

Now finding out complete scam plus they charge you even extra for the oil change only reason I bought the vehicle ..I hope this is posted for all to see so they don't fall victim. As told you have to read the fine print at the bottom which of course is not out there boldly because then they would not be able to pull a scam. I would beware and satay away from this dealership.
