Day after I bought the vehicle I saw it in the light and realized my trunk and doors were completely scratched! very disappointing! Now spending over $400 to get the vehicle buffed and touched up to lose all the scratches. More

Received a phone call shortly after sending inquiry to set me up for a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership, I was pleasantly greeted and talked to the salesman for a few minutes while they brought the car around. Mike, the salesman, was very patient, answered all my questions and knew the model I was driving very well. I told them I didn't want to buy that day, that I had a couple other appointments. Never any pressure. Came back 2 days later to buy the car. Everything was very smooth. I'm happy with my purchase and feel I got a fair price for the car More

The finance person George, was alright till we told him that the vehicle was going to be paid in cash. He then did a complete tiurn around on his attitude. Decided that I didn't want to deal with this xxxxxxx anymore and turn around to leave. He yell out loud that if we walked out the door not to come back anymore. Is this the kind of xxxxxxxx that this dealership employs for financing. Was never humiliated like that before. I in the process of going to another dealership to buy my vehicle. Would not recommend anyone to deal with this xxxxxxx on the finance department. More

I would give this team the highest marks. They truly gave me confidence that Castle Chevy have quality products with aggressive pricing. Arlington Heights Sales Manager(Joe) worked several avenues to get us approved as we are in a credit repair scenario and although wasn't quite in synch with the Internet Sales team that sent us to him, once Joe understood our focus & goals, he worked hard to make them happen.'' Sales Rep(Norma) was extremely nice and accomodating doing lots of extras to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of for entire time we were on the property. Could benefit from knowing product details a little more, but was extremely customer service oriented. Finance Mgr( Raul) was excellent. Very solid communications and understood that I knew exactly what I wanted and didn't want and knew the difference when to educate me on something vs pushing something. More

My only disappointment was that my older car was not given more evaluation time and, thus, a better trade in value for me. Had I been better prepared, I probably would have made other arrangements for it. After the fact, I am curious as to why I had to purchase new license plates versus using the ones already on my trade-in vehicle?? Overall, I am very pleased with this experience and the people at Castle. The various programs you have for car buyers is very good and highly recommended. Thank you....... More
