Cleanliness of car The 2017 Equinox Lt I bought wasn't delivered to me very clean. There was water running off of it. There was a steel wool pad in the center console. There is fuzz on the back floors that should have been vacuumed and the tires weren't dressed. All dealerships I've ever bought something from delivers cars to the customers looking really good. I got home and had to clean muddy looking dirt inside the drivers door and off the rubber. The lower front end was also dirty and chalk marks on the tires. Your service department didn't do a very good job with cleaning unless that's your policy. The rear cargo mat was also missing and I had to come back the next day to pick it up. More

Mike the sales rep was very funny with his stories and his nice personality was awesome! There was a couple of things that we pointed out to Mike before we purchased the car and he told me not to worry about it. Since it was Saturday evening when we went in, the service department had already left and he told me to bring the car back Monday morning to have the car fixed. They really strive to keep customers happy and coming back with their outstanding customer service. Worth the 25-30 minute drive from my house; glad I took a chance going here. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other people. Great people to work with. More
