Fast end easy service with friendly staff. I drove from South Bend Indiana to Elk Grove Village to buy my truck simply because of the no haggle pricing and Mike the salesman. I found the vehicle that I wanted online and called to get the out the door price. Mike was fast and efficient he called back with numbers explained them and messaged me the breakdown of where my money was going. Before I arrived the vehicle was serviced, the gas tank was filled and the car was washed. Hours later once I arrived I waited maybe 10 minutes, sat with financing and was out the door not even 10 minutes later I was out of the door. Everyone in the dealership offered me a congratulations on my purchase and I would definitely buy there again in the future. Had a great experience yesterday at Castle North! So first off, my experience didn't start the greatest. A vehicle I called about in the morning was actually sold and sadly the person I had talked to So first off, my experience didn't start the greatest. A vehicle I called about in the morning was actually sold and sadly the person I had talked to was not aware. This is a relatively common practice by dealers, especially larger ones that maintain a large quantity of specialty cars. The remainder of my experience was so streamlined and positive I choose to not fault them for the initial hiccup. Working with Ray was a pleasure, we went through all applicable incentives in an efficient manner, located financing at an acceptable rate with only minor negotiations. When it came time to accept delivery of the vehicle they even had the GM drive the vehicle out of the showroom since I was hesitant to have a porter do it. Top notch folks here and I would easily purchase a vehicle from them again, especially if I can just go straight to Ray again next time! More

Poorly coordinated, took way too long. We were out of state buyers. There was confusion with our pick up from the train station. We arrived with carry on luggage and had to drag it around the showroom. We were promised lunch that wasn't provided. The paperwork included gap insurance and mechanical insurance we did not need. The process should have been in and out and wasn't then the car didn't even have a full tank of gas. David and Pat were great and I love love my vehicle. More
