Serviced new GMC Sierra for first time for oil change. Was told 4 recalls which is fine but would take all day and had no loaners. After finding the perfect used truck at Castle via the internet, I contacted them and arranged a test drive and financing approval as I was coming from 3 hours away. As of December 27, 2019, the sales manager I worked with told me at the Elk Grove Castle Chevrolet the Internet price is the lowest the price will be at Elk Grove. When I walked him through my offer and exp told me at the Elk Grove Castle Chevrolet the Internet price is the lowest the price will be at Elk Grove. When I walked him through my offer and explained why I thought I could pay what I offered, including the discounts, he then proceeded to show me that the price he was going to offer me was $2000 more than asking price online. None of my rationale for pricing was refuted so I left. More
