I purchased a 2011 Kia Soul Sport from Gary Lang that my salesman, Sergio Rivera searched his network to find me the exact model I wanted. On the morning of April 9th, my car was making terrible sounds and would not run, that was the worst feeling in the world, I only had 3900 miles on it. I called Kia Roadside Assistence and had it towed to the Gary Lang Dealership. From the time the Service Department opened at 6:30 in the morning they were in constant communication with me, my Service Consultant was Tom Gorr, Tom informed me that the Oil Pump failed causing a Rod Bearing to shear, etc. The result was a Blown Engine. Oh no, my brand new car. Tom told me the only remedy for the problem was a new engine, within two hours Tom informed me he had located a new engine in Los Angeles and already had it ordered. Tom kept in constent contact with me every step of the repair. Within one week's time I had my brand new car back and beter than ever. That is pretty darn impressive! The Gary Lang Team earned my business, but even more they've gained my respect. Thank You. More

Greeted promptly, listen to the reason the car is brought in, e.g., oil service plus a noise, they don't dismiss the problem as nothing and, often find and correct the problem efficiently. Very courteous service. J.R. always tries to make sure you are happy going away. Their pricing is about the same as any other new auto dealer. They are not cheap but the job is usually performed fast and you are happy going away. Their pricing is about the same as any other new auto dealer. Get the car in early and you are usually out the same day. For larger repairs they will provide you with a rental car until your car is ready to be picked up. And, they will usually wash your car even if you don't ask them to. J. R. is super nice to do business with. More

I had called specifically to find out if the repairs on my Kia Sedona were covered under warranty. I was told they were, so I carefully drove my vehicle 30 minutes away. Later that afternoon I was called and told that the repairs were NOT covered and that they would be $2600.00!! I felt tricked into bringing my vehicle there. Not only that, because of my vehicles needs, it took me 2 hrs. to get home, on top of the so-called $35.00 "deal" on the beat-up rental car they gave me and charged me for!!!! More
