Lincoln, We are sorry to hear you feel that way. In looking at your file, it looks as though there was a misunderstanding in regards to the out the door pricing. When Jeff was discussing your out the door price over the phone, you mentioned you had $4000 to put down which would be included in the price. The vehicle was $26,000 less your $4000 money down which would bring you to $22,000 which was the price you said you wanted to be at for the transaction. Not $22,000 less $4000. We apologize if there was a verbal miscommunication between both parties. We certainly would not intentionally try to waste your time and do everything we can to ensure our customer's satisfaction in purchasing vehicles.

If continuing to lie on Jeff’s behalf makes you feel better about the way business works there, it only proves the one star rating. I repeatedly gave home the number both over the phone, and in person. His response was yeah we’ll get to that. Clearly thinking we are not going to pay attention when the kick in the wallet hits our eyes! I believe that’s why he wanted me to and I quote... “Go ahead and fill out the survey while you wait here and we’ll get you taken care of.” I’M NOT STUPID AND NEITHER IS MY WIFE!! Please play your games with other people. I am taking pictures of this conversation to post socially as well. So unless you sell me the car for the CLEARLY NEGOTIATED PRICE AND JEFF KNOWS WHAT I MEANT PLEASE DO NOT EVER CONTACT ME FURTHER. Have a great day. 😊

Jeff was simply trying to get to the $22,000 on a new 2020 or 2021 Malibu which we have a recorded phone call of that took place at 12:01pm on 2/26/21. Again, we are sorry for the misunderstanding.

Kevin, In review of your vehicle's history, we show you brought your vehicle in on August 27th, 2019 for weather stripping replacement (under warranty) and an oil change. From that point on, there are no additional visits or contacts made to our dealership. I would expect nothing less than you raving about this wonderful service of replacing the weather stripping under warranty because YOUR staff caused the damage. The truck has not been back to your facility because there is a monumental amount of distrust!!!! You falsely advertised mileage on the vehicle for sale listing. You falsified the GM certified pre owned 172 point inspection by date and mileage and the vehicle’s current condition. The amount of time lost and vehicle repairs have been by far greater than the 2010 I gave you!!! At this point I have to take the time to respond, make social media posts, contact the States Attorney’s office, the BBB and as many local dealerships as possible to warn to the best of my ability to others. If it doesn’t say Gary Lang on the back you’ll probably be better off

Kevin Sipple, The trade you brought in was a 2011 Chevy Express 2500 Van with 151,795 miles on it and the van you purchased from us was was a 2018 Chevy Express 2500 with 28,151 miles. We assure you the van you purchased was certified and met inspection guidelines. The only record we show in Global Connect of your vehicle having any other service work done over the last 18 months, is a Free Maintenance Check and Check Engine/Wire to Wire Repair that was done at Castle Chevrolet on January 15,2020. You purchased an extended warranty on your van; if there were additional issues, we would have been more than happy to facilitate those fixes at no cost to you. Unfortunately, your warranty will not cover any costs if you took the van to an independent mechanic. Kevin, if you have fallen on hard times or need to sell back the vehicle for whatever reason, you are more than welcome to bring back the van for an appraisal at no cost to you. We are in need of vans like yours and would appreciate the opportunity to assist you in your automotive needs.

Once again watch it with your tongue!!! How dare you insinuate I’ve fallen on hard times and need to sell!!!!! I expect this glorious piece of @&$” to work like a 2018 with merely 28,000 miles on it. You are correct Castle Chevrolet was chosen over Gary Lang mostly because of your two most current responses. I’m waiting on a service date from them right now as a matter of fact. And as of right this moment I’m at 53,160 miles. I’m sure your 172 point inspection included the 1/4” lag bolt in the tire

Just following through with what I said I would do, my 1st favorite motto is to never ask someone to do or say something you would not do yourself. The 2nd would be you can make things happen, watch things happen or wonder what the €%#* happened. My previous salesman did take the time to reach out via phone yesterday that I commend him for. Quickly I realized I was going to be on this endeavor solo, well so be it. I will continue on my current journey posting periodically of my progression. A current stop coming up will be to visit the dealership’s finance department in short order. We’ll stay looped in here through the process. Respectfully

Unfortunately, Noah was pulled into another event which is why you were working with another agent. Due to higher volume in guest visits, it did take longer to run numbers on the vehicles inquired about as the rebates and pricing you were looking for were VIN specific. We apologize for the delay.
