Recently my wife and I went to purchase a car at Castle AutoPlex in Mchenry Illinois. Our sale professional, Greg Khanjian helped us negotiate the sale at a fair price. We called Greg immediately and he told us to come back to the dealership and he would rectify the situation. When we arrived at the dealership, Castle staff without hesitation replaced the car with one with the feature we desired.
