Drove a long distance to buy a new 2020 Kia at a fabulous price. I definitely appreciated the dealership following Covid protocols to keep everyone safe. The car was right and the online price honored with no gimmicks or hidden fees. The entire process took about 2 hours which is great. Jeff was a knowledgeable and kind salesperson who took the time to get to know me and my needs. The only negative was the finance team was not pleased that I declined the extended warranty and it showed. Overall the process was night and day from what dealerships are often like. Should my family or friends need another car, I won't hesitate to recommend Gary Lang. More
