Pushy salesman, explained that we didn’t want the protection service that was 2500, instead of listening, he kept lowering the price and didn’t listen to us that we didn’t want the service. Couldn’t give a clear answer on price & rate and when we were given a range of the terms I was asked to sign a paper to agree, I asked what I was signing and they didn’t have a clear answer. We told them we would think about it and the manager said “you’re gonna make us do all this work and not buy something” and tried to guilt us into buying a car. This was one of the ABSOLUTE WORST car buying experiences and based off of this visit I will only go to carmax from now on. More
