Daughter bought a used car from Gary Lang with extended warranty. Engine went down and CASTLE and the warranty company put in a “new engine” (Just talked to warranty people it had less than 1000 miles on i warranty. Now less than 2 years and 24000 miles later the engine is no good (has metal in the oil so it is a bad engine). Have been on the phone back and forth with Castle and warranty company. Nobody wants to take responsibility and both places are refusing to replace the engine - each blaming the other. Now leaving her with no car that she is still paying for and just a sorry not sorry attitude. The engine lasted less than 24000 miles and Castle seems to be ok with that fact they picked this certified engine and it was obviously no good. They put in a garbage engine and now won’t stand behind it. SO BUYER BEWARE - they do not stand behind their products and the extended warranty company they use is trash. Will leave this review on all review sites I can and will tell anyone I know Castle is not the same as Gary Lang and don’t buy a car from there. More
This dealer scheduled an appointment (one hour from call and contact with them for two days) to test drive and purchase a specific vehicle. This dealership is a hour drive away for me. They sold that car to somebody else during that one hour without contacting me. Complete waste of two hours of driving. This dealership doesn’t respect you and doesn’t value your time. Absolutely terrible! My situation is simple. I needed a certain dollar amount on a trade in value so that my current finance company will settle my loan balance and I am My situation is simple. I needed a certain dollar amount on a trade in value so that my current finance company will settle my loan balance and I am responsible for any guaranteed remaining balance on my income taxes. I thoroughly explained this to Justin and that I had a pre approval for financing another vehicle. He still made me fill out a credit application. Next, he said that they have "no problem paying the appraisal amount that I need," but I need a significant down payment for a different vehicle to resolve the negative equity. "John" came over and reiterated what he said and when I told him what my finance company said, he said "I wasn't there, and this is how we have always done things." I just spoke to my finance company and was told that the dealership would receive a letter of guarantee of satisfaction of the remaining loan balance. Thank you for showing me that you do not want my business! You just lost a car sale to CarMax! More

Just my free oil change. Service was great. Car purchase in May was good. Nothing in the traverse was explained to me Financing was the worst. Super pushy for selling add Service was great. If there was a way to leave ZERO stars I would. Bought my vehicle from Gary Lange at the time which is now Castle. Poor communication, I left multiple voicemails for a call back with questions and concerns and NEVER had a return call. EXTREMELY poor customer service. They had my Chevy for 3 days, was never officered a courtesy vehicle and I have two small children. I spoke with Dino who was very rude and treated me like I was a dumb woman. They claim they are unable to order the part to fix my vehicle. We called around to other dealerships and they are able to get the part and fix my vehicle. we will no longer be returning for buying new vehicles or services. & will not refer friends or family here. More
This week was the second time I’ve had service for my brand new car I bought from them and if I could Leave no stars I would.
