Hilarious my severely challenged credit . I left the dealership and got a 3 rd loan from Kia in Kenosha. If you would like I can bring it up to you and show you . Maybe you need a new finance team so explain how my severely challenged credit did that. I also got a seltos before this car a year ago after you again couldn’t get me a loan in Kenosha at that kia. Tell a better story. The white crappy Kia without Apple play w about 1000 miles on it that you tried to sell me. In Kenosha I got one with 6000 miles on it loaded Apple play. That sales guy just knows what he’s doing unlike you and finance not one is. Try again Brandon !!!

Vince, in review of the communication between you and our dealership, we would have loved to sell you the Niro you were interested in. However, we could not keep it on hold for the two weeks you requested based on an over the phone guarantee that you would purchase it. It was mentioned to you on Saturday that another customer was in the showroom looking at that same vehicle. We did not keep anything from you nor did we force you to fill out a credit application online. That is simply an online tool for your convenience.

No one informed me that another customer was looking at the car period. The inquiry fir the 2 weeks was related to the pick up time of the vehicle. I was ready to buy the vehicle or lease depending on which numbers looked better after you my credit pulled.(that is why I applied for credit for it) You changing the story doesn’t change the facts. I have the same communication records as well. Going thru your reviews on google and variety of platforms(disregarding your employees reviews)maybe I should have made a Bid on the car as it seems like your advertising prices are somehow starting bid for anyone you lure in your place. I will certainly not do business with you and I will make sure I inform as many people as I can, what is your business practice.

Vince, Again we are sorry that the vehicle you were interested in sold while you were inquiring about it. The rep working with you had left for the day and was not aware of this taking place, but did contact you as soon as she was back the next day. She also offered to search for different vehicles that would be of interest. Unfortunately, submitting a credit application does not place a hold on a vehicle and due to the vehicle shortage, we try the best we can to accommodate all of our customers in a fair manner.

No, she did not. I inquired about it after I felt something is going on as per last conversation with her after my credit approval was she needed to call me with what my monthly payments on the vehicle will be. The specific vehicle I applied for credit for and got approved. And NO she did not offer to look for alternative vehicle until I did not leave a bad review on google so don’t pretend like nothing happened as this is common practice for your place as it appears and is present in the reviews of other people. Asking for money for a car that you advertise at certain price with the statement that someone is there offering more!?!? Come on stop deceiving people like that, it’s not fair. I will get a car from elsewhere but places like yours disgust me and bring bad name to car dealers in general. And STOP pretending this was somehow my fault as you didn’t hold up your end of the deal after I expressed interest in vehicle, applied for credit for it, got approved and you sold it(or maybe will reliant it for a few thousand more in a week) Good job throwing Your sales person under the bus too.
