Very courteous service. J.R. always tries to make sure you are happy going away. Their pricing is about the same as any other new auto dealer. Get the car in early and you are usually out the same day. For larger repairs they will provide you with a rental car until your car is ready to be picked up. I had called specifically to find out if the repairs on my Kia Sedona were covered under warranty. I was told they were, so I carefully drove my vehicle 30 minutes away. Later that afternoon I was called and told that the repairs were NOT covered and that they would be $2600.00!! I felt tricked into bringing my vehicle there. Not only that, because of my vehicles needs, it took me 2 hrs. to get home, on top of the so-called $35.00 "deal" on the beat-up rental car they gave me and charged me for!!!! More
