Rick, When you arrived to our dealership on Friday, Thomas mentioned to you that this vehicle was leant out to another customer who was using it to commute to and from her job. Therefore, the vehicle would obviously have more miles than 9 on it and in this case, Thomas had no idea how many that might be upon the vehicle's return. He also mentioned that he would contact you on Monday to let you know the vehicle was back in stock and would be clean and ready for you to test drive. Unfortunately, you came to the dealership prior to that phone call from him. The vehicle had only been returned minutes prior to your arrival and Thomas was not given time to check the odometer or have the vehicle detailed. In addition, if this vehicle was of interest to you, we could of ordered one with no miles or possibly dealer traded for one similar. Thomas is one of our best in customer service and by no means was this intentional. We do apologize that you feel that way.

First off, Thomas never mentioned that to us that Friday that the vehicle was being used for someone to take to and from work. He told us that the vehicle was “leant” to someone that day so obviously yes, I know more than 9 miles would be on it, but almost 3400! Secondly, why don’t you look at Thomas’s emails because he emailed me Monday confirming me to be there at 5pm for our appointment. I replied and said 515pm. I never even received a phone call from him. Maybe check his call history to make sure he had the right number because he also said he would text us. Either way, I feel this was terrible service and communication on your part. I will be taking my business elsewhere. No more contact from anyone there is needed.
