Our customer service experience was very low after our purchase. We felt our best option was to go to management with the issues we had experienced. Jody was able to meet us the same day I spoke to him. My wife and I met with Jody and he helped explain a lot of things to us, for better understanding. He took time with us and made us feel valued again. We left very satisfied after speaking with him and we would defiantly recommend this Dealership. Jody is the General Manager for a reason and I can see his passion to make it a great experience for all customers. More

Over the years since we have been associated working with you there is another individual I would single out to the fantastic job and coordinator you have in your employee. That being Kim Sizypinski. She has to be your "right arm" at the Gar Lang dealership. When she is involved in each and every area, Kim somehow makes everything work "trouble-free". A sensational employee in each and every way. Renewed Confidence in Gary Lang Gary Lang is the only Mitsubishi dealer in the area - and I'd prefer to take my car there since that is the brand, but service at GL has been so frust Gary Lang is the only Mitsubishi dealer in the area - and I'd prefer to take my car there since that is the brand, but service at GL has been so frustrating. Calling to make an appointment would have my call bouncing back for over 30 mins since no one would answer in service so I'd just hang up and get so frustrated I'd take my car elsewhere. The last basic oil change I went in for had me there for nearly 2 HOURS - so again I'd just take my car elsewhere out of frustration. With the recall I had no choice so I made the call ...and service answered right away & I was able to make the appointment almost immediately! My factory paperwork said the work would take an hour and a half so I made ride arrangements thinking it would take all day (since the oil change takes so long) BUT to my surprise I was called an hour later! The service in-person is always so nice and I love that they always wash my car - it was the turnover time that killed my experience in the past and failure to make an appointment to begin with. After this great experience I will put Gary Lang back at the top of my list for car care. More
