Top rated service I brought my new Chevy Trax in for the sunroof installment just three days after purchase, which was super quick. Nancy Butler took great care of me, I brought my new Chevy Trax in for the sunroof installment just three days after purchase, which was super quick. Nancy Butler took great care of me, informing me when I could pick up my car, giving me a loaner, and reminding me to get everything out of the car. Before leaving, I visited with a few people. I saw my sales guy and brought in the extra key for my trade-in as well as some warranty papers I thought they might need. Turns out, I'm getting money back for those warranties! Then I visited with the accessories manager to thank him again as well as see what kind of deal I could get on protecting the car's exterior and interior. Once squared away, I drive off in a Chevy Equinox, my loaner. That was my sales guy's suggestion to help accommodate my dogs. A very sweet and thoughtful gesture, but this thing was huge! I drive away feeling uneasy. Then about a block away, I realized I had forgotten my house keys. I went back, and charter with Dale who helped me get my keys as well as get a different loaner that I felt more comfortable driving. I was anticipating picking my Trax up on Saturday with the extra work I had added to the work order. Turns out, Nancy was able to put a rush on the vehicle and I was back in my car by Friday evening! What awesome service all-around! More

Great Car -Excellent Sertvice We purchased a new 2016 Chevy Impala. when we came in we were greeted by our sales person Josh Lass. Josh was great to deal with. He keeps his word and if he tells you he is going to do something he follows through. There was no high sales pressure. We knew what kind of car we wanted and he took us right to it. I saw him to test drive the Chevy Trax, he let me have it for a few days to really get a feel for the car. A great selling/marketing tool by Gary Lang Auto. When I brought it back, I gave him my schedule. He was not pushy about selling me anything, which I greatly appreciated. Bill even said I should bring my dogs in when I come to discuss the vehicle more. I took him up on his offer and he met my offer with very little hassle. He priced up the AWD and the FWD just so I could see the difference in price. He understood my limits and did not push for me to buy the more expensive Trax. I briefly visited with Andrew Weitzner, GM financing. He was very nice. Professional as well. I also saw Nicole Schomer, domestic financing. She helped me with warranties. Had I kept this extra in mind, I may have tried to negotiate the price of the Tax down more. But Nicole was great at helping me stay within my budget while finding a great extended warranty. Kayla Juni, product specialist, knew the Trax well and was able to help me become quickly familiar with the vehicle. She also stuck around while I made the required OnStar startup phone call. She's a peach and a great person to learn about your car from. My final visit was with Mike Schomer, accessories manager. I had already negotiated a sunroof to be installed with the price of the car and Mike set up the appointment. I was very impressed at how soon they were able to get my car in for the extras. It took a month last time I purchased a vehicle. So either it's a slow time, or they are doing something right now. More
