Service department sucks. They had my car for 5 days over a GPS issue not working.i paid 32 grand for the car for him to tell me I have to subscribe to uvo to get GPS. Subscribe why? I bought a car w GPS. No a GPS issue not working.i paid 32 grand for the car for him to tell me I have to subscribe to uvo to get GPS. Subscribe why? I bought a car w GPS. No car for the week cause there is a car shortage. I call the dealership whete I bought the car and no subscription needed. You go in settings unsubscribe uvo and the GPS will come back on. They want you to subscribe cause it's 250 a year. Wow one phone call not 5 days of eating my time. Place is a joke More

I finally decided to pull the trigger and purchase a new suburban. They have been very hard to get your hands on this year and I called a lot of dealers to look for one. When I called Gary Lange auto group I spoke to Victor and found out they had one arriving that afternoon. It had almost every option on it that I wanted. I was able to successfully negotiate a trade-in for my current vehicle. This was nice as I did not use my husband to do this for me and sometimes as a woman you feel like you may not be getting the best deal. I was happy with the numbers that they came back with and I drove there the following week to drop off my vehicle and pick up the new one. Victor was waiting with the new one and they gave me a great look over and any explanation that I would need on the new vehicle and I was out the door fairly quickly which is exactly what I wanted since I had a 4 Hour Drive back home. Thank you for making it a easy transaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. More

Described condition was 95+%, and in actuality was probably in the 85-90% range. Overall a decent experience. Wish the salesman would have been more thorough on his inspection/description knowing I was driving 6 hours, I didn't want the surprise blemishes that weren't mentioned. And I have no idea why they are keeping my temporary tag hostage 4 business days later. More
