Lara, We apologize that it took longer to get you an answer on your GPS inquiry. KIA Tech Support had shorter hours due to the holiday week which caused a delay in response. However, once we did hear back form the Support team, we were told by KIA that there was no issue with the vehicle and the navigation feature that was once on the vehicle was no longer available as it was free for the first year. We were then instructed that if you wanted the navigation to work in the past, you would need to subscribe to UVO. We do apologize that we were misinformed and assure you that the subscription charge would not come to the dealership. That is a factory cost. We were under the assumption you were looking for the Navigation that is included in the UVO program, not standard GPS functionality.

Funny. Called up and got someone without the incompetence of Nicole and Danny and had the temporary tag overnighted. They dropped the ball, didn't take responsibility, and got someone to pass the buck onto the customer in a review response. Redundant information needs to be provided? A better employee provedvthat wrong. Are they just too lazy to look back at the paperwork, or was it just a charade to cover up their mistake with their managers? Buyers, IF you buy from Lang steer clear of the two mentioned. As polite as they may be, your entire purchase experience will most likely turn sour.
