Since we were in the market for another new car, we decided to give Gary Lang another shot after speaking with Matt, the general sales manager. He assured us that we would not have the same experience and that he would do whatever it took to win our business back. He did not disappoint. His team was just as exceptional. First we met with Peyton who was our sales guy, then we met with Kim who is the customer relations manager, and then Mike, the business manager who finished out all the paperwork. The car was ready and waiting for us, beautifully detailed and had a full tank of gas, the deal was done and agreed upon before we even stepped foot on the lot. It was a very efficient and easy process. A stark contrast to the time before. I'm thankful for the overhaul of management an the sales teams because they have committed to customer service and it is apparent with everyone you meet here! I would recommend this dealer to anyone and I will be back soon to trade in my Buick :) Thank you again to everyone at Gary Lang in McHenry! More

Service Chris from service is great! Even though it took forever to get a new AC part, I understood it was out of his control and he did a great job to stay Chris from service is great! Even though it took forever to get a new AC part, I understood it was out of his control and he did a great job to stay on top of it and keep me updated...very professional. I am surprised that my AC went out on a 2015 leased new chevy Silverado that I've had for not even 2 years. Upon picking up my truck, I was disappointed that the tire pressure wasn't set to specs and the truck wasn't cleaned per my request and notated by Chris on the service bill. Chris is the only reason for my 5 star rating...if it wasn't for him then my rating would be less. More

Parts Department-Wonderful! I went to another establishment to have oil change and tire rotation for my Kia. During the rotation they snapped the key to unlock the locking lug n I went to another establishment to have oil change and tire rotation for my Kia. During the rotation they snapped the key to unlock the locking lug nut. They suggested going to a Kia dealership to order a new unlocking key. Gary Lang is just a few blocks away so I stopped in. The problem is the card with the part number was not in the container with the other lug nuts. He noted a number on the broken key and would try to match that. If it did match the part would be in in about 2-3 days. A few hours later, Craig called and left message that number was not the part number but they did have a master set of keys and to stop back. I met him at the garage and after checking 6 keys made a match. Elated! He asked if I still wanted to order the part-no! I wanted those locks off as I did not want to have that happen again. They took off the locks and replaced with the lug nuts. What a nice gesture. I came straight home to write this review. Thank you Craig M. with the parts department! I so appreciate the efforts and time! More
