Terrible customer service We had to go in because our car was totalled in a car accident. It took 4 messages over the course of 1.5 weeks for someone from finance (Doug and Dav We had to go in because our car was totalled in a car accident. It took 4 messages over the course of 1.5 weeks for someone from finance (Doug and Dave) to return my calls. Then they wouldn't let me make an appointment to come in. When I came in they said I'd have to wait for the finance manager. So we filled out the paperwork given to us and we waited over an hour in their waiting room. We had to cancel an appointment we had because it took so long. Only to be told that the paperwork we did was sufficient and that we didn't have to wait after all. The 2 gentlemen who both told us to wait didn't even apologize for making us wait all that time for nothing. More

New Kia Owner! Jordon was so patient with us during the car buying experience. They had a huge selection and we ended up viewing 6 vehicles and test drove 3!
