Service Completion Criteria I went to the dealership on Feb 9 2019 to service my 2018 GMC Acadia. I'm a tad disappointed that my request, though noted, was not really carried ou I went to the dealership on Feb 9 2019 to service my 2018 GMC Acadia. I'm a tad disappointed that my request, though noted, was not really carried out. I had been running my vehicle for over 6 months without the wiper fluid. Each time I am in for servicing, I make sure to put in the request for wiper fluid top off and I did it again on the 9th. I should have checked before leaving the dealership that it was taken care of, AND I didn't. As luck would have it, while driving back home I tried to clean my windshield but no wiper fluid was released from the nozzle. I tried several times without success. My guess is it was either not topped off or there is some other issue. What is MORE surprising is that the service team suggested I change the wiper blades, which I did, and they didn't check whether the wiper fluid was being released from the nozzle. This should have been caught very easily while checking the newly installed wiper blade. I called up your dealership twice on Saturday after reaching home, to speak with the specialist who had helped me, I was put on hold for over 20 minutes without getting the opportunity to speak with him. I was told on my 3rd attempt that the specialist would call me which never happened. I am also beginning to wonder what does Castle full vehicle check comprise since a basic thing like a top off is missed or not done properly. The release document mentions that the top off was done. The reason I am writing this email is because I go to your dealership in the city from a suburb but if this is how things are dealt with at your dealership I'd be compelled to find some other place to take care of my servicing needs. More

Initial review excellent, upon closer review, not as good. Requested service great. "Volunteer" service not good. Discovered (on Interstate) 3 days after service that all 4 tires are underinflated. 3 were not Requested service great. "Volunteer" service not good. Discovered (on Interstate) 3 days after service that all 4 tires are underinflated. 3 were not under inflated when vehicle brought in. Have a few #'s air extra in winter, so when weather gets colder, tires still inflated properly. Car brought from warm shop to cold outside, inflation probably OK in warm shop. Buick monthly maint review shows a few #'s extra air OK. More

Great Service at Castle Buick GMC of North Riverside, It was one of the coldest days on record. I had to get my vehicle to the dealership as I was having problems with the car starting.. Lonell Turner made sure that my car was serviced so that I would feel comfortable when I left with the vehicle. The care was inspected, and the problem was taken care of fully.
