Brandon was so helpful treated me like family he has not seen for a while and remembered three years ago when I picked up my first lease with Castle Buick. Because of his friendly approached and his patience in explaining to me my options, I ended up with a new lease and driving home with another Encore. Rudy and Oscar were both great in explaining financial issues and Henry to get me insurance coverage comparisons. BTW, thanks to Lionel for getting the car I brought in serviced. They care about my satisfaction! When I bought my Buick Encore in October, 2018, we noticed a small nick in the glass of the rear door. They were willing to schedule the repair/replac When I bought my Buick Encore in October, 2018, we noticed a small nick in the glass of the rear door. They were willing to schedule the repair/replacement immediately, but due to family issues, I could not schedule until February, 2019. They took my car, and through no fault of their own could not replace the glass until several weeks later. In the meantime, they arranged for a loaner vehicle, which was even newer and nicer than mine! They kept me updated every week as to the car's status. When I picked up my car, I noticed some gouges on the bumper of my car which were not there when I gave them the car. Right away, they apologized for the damage and scheduled me for a repair. I don't care how long it takes to fix as long as it does get fixed and I am taken care of with excellence, as I have been. Arnold and the head of the service department have been attentive and professional. I highly recommend Castle Buick! More
Wasted time Brought vehicle in for service due to new 2018 Sierra hesitation in 1st gear on initial start up of the day. Turns out GM is aware of this issue and Brought vehicle in for service due to new 2018 Sierra hesitation in 1st gear on initial start up of the day. Turns out GM is aware of this issue and has no fix for it. And the dealership is unaware of this existing condition. So I brought the car in for nothing and wasted my time along with the dealerships time. You would think that the manufacturer would communicate either with me the customer or the dealership about an issue they are aware of!!!?? If knowing this issue maybe I wouldn't have bought this truck. Also the dealership upon doing nothing to my car, was suppose to was my car prior to picking up. I even asked if they would wash it hours earlier and was told it was. So I get there to pick up my truck and of course it wasn't washed. More

Great customer service I am very happy with the service I received on my last visit to the service center. I left my Buick on a Saturday to have a problem with a noise I wa I am very happy with the service I received on my last visit to the service center. I left my Buick on a Saturday to have a problem with a noise I was hearing from the front end and when checked they couldn't figure out what it was. They gave me a loaner so I wouldn't have to wait long and then to make sure they took their time to pinpoint the problem they contacted me to stay with the loaner. The assistant manager LT made sure everything was resolved and even fixed a noise from my sunroof I hadn't even noticed. He kept me informed and got everything fixed. I have taken my car in twice and have received great service with each visit. More
