Maintenance Visit I’m a huge fan of Castle and purchased many vehicles in the last five years but any time I have to deal with service I should just plan to leave my ca I’m a huge fan of Castle and purchased many vehicles in the last five years but any time I have to deal with service I should just plan to leave my car because the wait times are ridiculous. This is the second time I’ve been in for routine maintenance in the last year and spent way too long waiting. Last time for a basic oil change 2.5 hours and only after asking for an update at least twice. This time almost two hours. Set expectations if you are over booked. No oil change should take that long. The vehicle was washed before being returned to me and when I got home there were a bunch of scratches on the doors that were not there when the car was brought in. More

Wait time too long I had a 9:15am Appointment. I arrived around 8:45 for an oil change. My car wasn't ready until 1pm. I had to ask the service guy 3 times when would my I had a 9:15am Appointment. I arrived around 8:45 for an oil change. My car wasn't ready until 1pm. I had to ask the service guy 3 times when would my car be finished. The funny thing is that when I asked the 3rd time I could see that my car had been moved to the parking lot and the guys never gave them the keys to let them know they was finished with the oil change. More
