I will NEVER go to Buick for a car again!!! I went into Castle Buick GMC in September to buy a used Buick Verano. Everything was great until now 4 months later the check light is on. I go in to get it checked out to find that there is a crack in the engine and will need a whole new engine. The warranty that was left on the car has just ended and I was not offered an extended warranty at the time of purchase. So now I’m stuck with a piece of crap car and a couple grand for repairs. The reason I went to a big name dealership was to avoid a situation like this. I would a small dealership to sell a piece of crap car but not from a dealer with a good reputation and respectable name. I’m so disappointed. More
Service nightmare I came in to get a quick oil change, and all I saw was the service department hitting on a girl! So I waited for like 7 minutes for someone to even greet me and it never happened. So I interrupted the boys hitting on this young lady asking how long it would take for an oil change. Ignorantly because I broke up is flirting session he said do you have an appointment. I said I do not and he said well you need an appointment have a nice day and went about talking to this girl again. More
AWFUL Service Dept -- stay away I leased a car from Castle Buick and my lease has about run out, but I definitely won't be doing any more business with these people. Their employees need a session at charm school. They have no manners. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone there on the phone, and if you are there in person they will pointedly ignore you until you wonder if you are invisible. The Sales Dept will sell you all sorts of free service with your sales or lease contract (free oil changes, etc), but Service will give you a hard time if you try to make an appointment and instead will tell you it's too early or your car doesn't have enough miles on it. This happened to me for the first YEAR of my lease, until I took my car elsewhere for an oil change and then called the general manager's office to complain. If you try to get the free car wash (the one they brag about when you sign your contract), they will try to discourage you by telling you it's going to be hours before they can get you in. They let their phones ring and ring without answering them. Why on earth doesn't management notice this? This afternoon I called to make an appointment to bring in my car. After speaking with someone in Service for a couple minutes, I was placed on hold and the guy never came back to the phone. Someone else picked up, then transferred me (without asking me if this was okay) to a general number that rang and rang and rang and rang. No one answered the phone. So I kept calling back, but no one answered. It took me 6 calls (most of which were not answered but just rang and rang) and 45 minutes to get through to Service again. Don't waste your time or your money here. They definitely don't deserve it. More
