Poor customer service So I took my truck for oil change and my sun visor mirror was broken. It was order by service person LT and it took 5 weeks for me to get it. I had to So I took my truck for oil change and my sun visor mirror was broken. It was order by service person LT and it took 5 weeks for me to get it. I had to call to see if the visor was in because nobody hotter to called me. When talk to LT he made an appointment for 9 am next day. I went in and LT was not there so a different service person took over and he said I had to wait and I didn’t have an appointment. So I took visor and O had my husband installed it... I will not go back because of this. It’s too bad because it was a convenience lication and Cory was great. More

The team that takes care I did NOT buy my Buick from castle, but the service I receive is stellar to compared to any dealership in the area. When I have problems with my vehi I did NOT buy my Buick from castle, but the service I receive is stellar to compared to any dealership in the area. When I have problems with my vehicle they have been there to resolve them and some of them were major repairs. Glad to have this team on my side. More
25,000 mile maintenance I originally went in for a routine oil change. Service rep told me I’m due for my 25K maintenance check. I decided to opt for that service. I asked ho I originally went in for a routine oil change. Service rep told me I’m due for my 25K maintenance check. I decided to opt for that service. I asked how long it would take and was told 3-3 1/2 hours. He told me he can provide me a loaner. I was shocked. All in all, got an oil change, tire rotation, air filter and valves cleaned. It was ready an hour earlier than stated. Service rep was cordial and the loaner car rep was also. It turned out to be a pleasant day for me. More
