yes we can but never follow through!!!! I was between 2 dealers for the purchase of the 2017 Sierra, pricing was extremely close but what sold me with Castle was they offer FREE oil changes I was between 2 dealers for the purchase of the 2017 Sierra, pricing was extremely close but what sold me with Castle was they offer FREE oil changes for life and FREE tires for life of truck. WELL this is not to be true what so ever. I was told that GM put out a Bulletin saying that they must use full synthetic oil instead of semi synthetic. so they have to charge for the difference. I have asked several times to see this letter and have yet to visually see it to know if a letter was ever issued As far as free tires , well what they don't tell you is you have to pay to have your tires rotated and balanced. and if you don't do the maintenance you don't qualify for the free tires. if you do the math of the cost of the maintenance you will have over paid for the tires if you were to just buy them outright. The other issue is the chrome on the wheels and the chrome on the running boards are clouding loosing the chrome look. the service manager took pictures to send to engineering for a solution. I waited over 6 months to get any feed back about this problem and it was not them reaching out to me. It was me that had to inquire to get answers. Once I got a approval that they have a fix for this I was told that a service adviser would call me to set up a day and time. Still waiting. The bottom line here is they have NO communication with there customers!!!! im not sure who reads this review or if anything will ever be done about it but it needs to be said!!!! I would be willing to speak with anyone who would listen if you wish to reach out to me. More

Great Unplanned Service My car wouldn't start, and I was pretty sure it was the battery (original on a 5 1/2 year old car). A phone call confirmed they would take care of it My car wouldn't start, and I was pretty sure it was the battery (original on a 5 1/2 year old car). A phone call confirmed they would take care of it without an appointment. After getting it jumped, I headed straight for Castle. They confirmed the need for a new battery and had it replaced within the hour. Also washed the car and applied a little extra elbow grease to get most some paint off the fender! More
Right rear tire losing pressure. Castle Buick had to remove the tire from the wheel for a thorough inspection. Apparently the corrosion on the rim was causing the leak.
