Debbie, we are sorry that you feel this way and would like to learn more about what happened so we can improve our efforts in the future. When we initially started the program, General Motors and most manufacturers didn't require synthetic oil. A few years back they started requiring semi-synthetic which we decided to continue to eat the cost of, but now that a full synthetic is required, we are just unable to do so.
