I had watched different dealerships on-line trying to find the best price for a 2010 Buick LaCrosse CX. I went on approximately 8 different websites for about 6 mos checking and comparing prices. I went find the best price for a 2010 Buick LaCrosse CX. I went on approximately 8 different websites for about 6 mos checking and comparing prices. I went to Scheppel Buick in Indiana but felt that somethings were being hidden from us in regards to finance options but it eventually fell through. I checked Castle Buick who always seemed to offer the best/lowest price. My husband and myself went to Castle Buick in North Riverside and was approached by a very nice and humble saleman by the name of Che Bess. He was so kind, patient and helpful. We explained that I had been watching their website for months and we wanted to see the dearlership in person. Mr. Bess asked when we would be ready to purchase and asked that we contact him when we were ready. Needless to say, we did contact Mr. Che Bess over the phone. He instructed me that when we were ready to come in and we would begin the paperwork and we did. All we can say is Mr. Che Bess told us after we didn't find a car their in the color I wanted, he would find it. That was on a Saturday and by Monday, they had found a Buick LaCrosse CX in the color I wanted, and I found out Mr. Che Bess went to Wisconsin and picked by vehicle up and brought it back to Castle Buick for me to pickup the next day. Mr. Che Bess was upfront, honest, polite and exhibited outstanding customer service. I will and am going back to Castle Buick especially to see Mr. Che Bess for a automobile for my son. Great Job and I absolutely love my new Buick LaCrosse CX!!!!! More
So here goes my story about my awesome experience at Castle. about 5 months ago I decided to buy a 2010 Camero, I called it Knight Rider. loved the car! I always wanted a car like that, talk about Castle. about 5 months ago I decided to buy a 2010 Camero, I called it Knight Rider. loved the car! I always wanted a car like that, talk about impulse buy. If I was single man then the car is for me but I am not. I have my little princess who's 3 years old and another one on the way. My 3 year old kept complaning about how small my car was and couldn't last long in the back seat. Also my golf clubs did not fit! It was either my gold clubs or my daughter for the back seat lol. Since June I been going dealer by dealer trying to find a bigger vehicle and trade in my knight rider (sniff, sniff). After searching for a good deal I was begining to feel discourged about the whole process and I thought, "is their atleast one honest dealer!". I bumped into Castle Buick online, I saw a commercial for the new 2010 Buick Lacrosse and wow that car looks nice!!!... I get all my toys from the Camero, Much much much more size and some good horsepower under the hood (260HP). I sent a online inquiry during the weekend just to see if it was possible. I received a call back a couple of days later and made it to the dealer 3 days later to see the car. The new Buick Lacrosse is a beuty,, wow.. the interior is luxury, incredible, the style of the car is nicer than the lexus.. I was greated by Tito with a smile, He made us feel welcomed right away. We did not even negotiate the price, I showed them the online price and they right away honored it no questions asked! it wasn't a haggle price! I was surprised!.. look my experience is most dealers get memory loss when you confront them with the online advertised price. They come back with MSRP and waste your time. Especially them foreign cars, Now the numbers looked good but my credit was not the best. Score wise though I didn't have bad debt just too much debt. My girlfriend co-signed for me but even with that the payment was too high. Not because of the price but because of the interest rate. I wanted to be finance through GMAC since we had already been customers of GMAC in the past and had a perfect payment history with them. Here comes the man they call "Corey".. We saw him on the phone with GMAC almost all day. He comes to us and said " I got this". He went well beyond the call of duty, keeping pushing and pushing and pushing, For a while there we thought this deal wouldn't happen. We were almost about to leave when he comes back with a huge smile and says you gonna love me for this.. He got us basically the exact payment from what I was paying for the Camero. A very affordable payment, we couldn't be any happier!. We needed to wait one more day to make sure everything was official, we came the next day signed all the paper work and left with our new Buick Lacrosse CX. I highly, highly recommend this dealer, I never thought about coming here, I am very happy I did. If you are looking for a Buick or used car, No joke, come to Castle Buick!!!! More

We were looking for a Buick LaCrosse. We went to the Castle Buick car show on May 8th of 2010, when we spoke with Al Ceasario who purchases the cars. We already had a great relationship with Ed and Core Castle Buick car show on May 8th of 2010, when we spoke with Al Ceasario who purchases the cars. We already had a great relationship with Ed and Corey with our first car purchase at Castle in November of 2009, so were responsive to Al advising us that he had a Red LaCrosse on order. Al was nice to keep us informed on the progress of the manufacturing of that car, and to advise us when it had come in. We did not want the sunroof, but he assured us that he would work with us on the price. Corey and Ed were there the day we came in to see the car and were very responsive to our inquiries. Corey and Al worked very hard to work out a deal that we could both accept. On the day we came back to finalize a purchase, Ed was not in, so Al worked with us and handed us over to the capable hands of Patrick Wells. Patrick took care of alot of the paperwork, and getting the car ready to then show us the functions of the car. Dealership was closed and Patrick stayed for over an hour after closing to insure that all our questions were answered. We couldn't have been in better hands with all of these Castle employees. They are always friendly and willing to give of their time, even when we were only visiting them at the car show when showing our 67 Riviera Buick GS. More

I felt that Maricruz was very courteous and kind during the entire sales process. She was not pushy and exercised a great amount of patience with me. The rest of the employees that I dealt with during th the entire sales process. She was not pushy and exercised a great amount of patience with me. The rest of the employees that I dealt with during the sale were also very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products. My experience after the sale however, was less than exemplary. I had a very bad experience getting my trade in paid off through the Castle Buick Finance Department. I purchased my vehicle on 15 May 2010. I indicated to my sales rep that the payment for my trade-in, 2004 GMC Envoy, was due on 22 May 2010. At that point I was told this would not be a problem and that the Envoy would be paid off within a week. After 22 May 2010 I began getting calls from GMAC requesting payment for the car. I explained to GMAC that I had just traded the car in and that they should have already received a payoff on the car. They insisted that they had not received the payment. On or about 24 May 2010, I called Castle Buick and asked to speak to the Finance Department regarding the payoff issue. I spoke to Megan who stated the payoff is normally handled by the Finance Manager Marie. Megan indicated that Marie was in a conference and that she would leave a message and have her contact me when she was done. Several hours had gone by and I had not heard back from Marie so I called back to try and get an answer to my inquiry. When I spoke to Megan again she explained to me that she had spoken with Marie and that the payoff on the GMC had been made. After receiving this information I decided to call GMAC and check again on the status of the payoff. I was again told by them that they had not received the payoff for the car. At that point I called back to Castle Buick and spoke to Marie, the Finance Manager, to try and find out what was going on with the payoff of my trade-in. Marie was very short and very rude with me while discussing my situation regarding the payoff. She stated she would look into the situation and get back with me. Marie called me back and left a message stating that the payoff had been taken care of and I had nothing to worry about in regards to late payments. Between 24 May 2010 and 4 June 2010, I made several calls between Castle Buick and GMAC regarding my pay-off. Each time I was being told it was paid off by Castle and no payment was received by GMAC. In between this time I was contacted by Carla, a Castle Buick Customer Service Rep. She wanted to know how my experience with Castle was going. I indicated to her the problems I was having with Castle Finance and she stated she would contact Mr Jo Jenna, General Manager for Castle. After speaking with Mr Jenna he stated that he would find out what was going on with my pay-off and get back with me. Mr Jenna called me back and stated that the vehicle had been paid off. At that point I asked Mr Jenna for some type of confirmation that this action had taken place. He then stated that he would check on getting me confirmation and get back with me. Mr Jenna called back later that same day and left a message stating that "I was given the wrong information and your vehicle was not paid off". This call was on or around 7 June 2010. Mr Jenna also stated at that time that he would ensure this situation was resolved call me back when it was take care of. Finally after calling GMAC on 8 June 2010 I was told that the trade-in had been paid off. I have a few concerns regarding this situation. First, why was I told the payoff had been made when it was not? 2. I indicated several times to finance that I was concerned about getting this taken care of ASAP because I did not want my credit to be affected once it went over 30 days. 3. I was not contacted by any of the parties mentioned above in regards to a follow-up or explanation as to why this became such an issue. In summary, in business mistakes happen and items, transactions, etc. sometimes get overlooked. When a customer indicates a concern such as I did, I believe it should have been handled in a more professional manner. Immediate attention should have been focused on ensuring the pay-off on my trade-in was made and I should have been reassured it was done. At the very least I think this experience should be used as lessons learned in the Finance Department and focus should be made to ensure it does not happen again. More
