Made an appointment and drove all that way just for an oil change and tire rotation. Even with an appointment, it still took 90 minutes to do two simple things I could have done in my own garage in 30 min oil change and tire rotation. I was really surprise @ the customer service I received on my visit @ Castle. Everyone was so friendly & caring. The guys listen and explained themselves so well. They all were so professional. Went for an oil change at 11.oo am. We had to wait for over two (2) hours for the job to be finished. This is not acceptable. Would not recommend this dealership for any future oil changes. Had a GMC coupon for $50 to be used for any service or repair work. Used the coupon and still had to pay out of pocket. The detailed invoice did not explain what all the individual charges were for. I spoke this morning over the phone with a salesman named jose. He was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I also spoke with a manager Mike, who was great at working with me in my budget. I came up pretty excited, and upon arrival was greeted by a man i think was named amond? I explained why i was there and he was helpful in getting me to the test drive point. When we were test driving the vehicle, he was unable to answer most my questions. I understand itd be extremely difficult to know about every car, but it just seemed as if he was guessing. Also, i appreciate his attempts to be friendly during the test drive, however he made a couple of comments and such i thought maybe could be unprofessional. I was not thinking too much of it, still excited for the car, but when we arrived back, we had trouble with the rear door. We were trying to discuss how to fix it, and both my friend and i felt he was being rude and condescending, getting frustrated with us. I was trying to remain calm and figure out a plan, but he seemed obviously irrated. I am not offended or anything, i just know that if i was being calm and he was getting frustrated, i don't want him to handle a upset future customer who may not be as patient in a negative fashion. I then spoke with jose who explained to me what was going to happen, and when the other salesman returned, he was noticeably calmer and softer. Jose then left and the other salesman, amond?, was again softer and nicer. I am by no means upset, in fact i really, really appreciate your dealership selling me this vehicle at a lower price. I just wanted to inform you so that his approach can be improved upon. Overall, it was a good experience, and i appreciate you guys!!! Thanks so much! More
