Even though it wasn't a major service repair, he still took the time out to explain what they needed to do to fix the turn signal and let me know approximately how long it would be to fix since I was waiting for the vehicle. He sent it though the wash and I was out of there in no time at all! I will definitely be returning to the dealership for future repairs. More

Unsatisfactory Sales Experience Went into dealership to see cars listed on the Internet. Alfonso couldn't find the cars even though he had the keys. We sat alone most of the time while he went running around. When discussing price on a car that test drove and trying to negotiate the price, he told me I shouldn't be looking at that car if that was what I had to spend. I told him I came into see the cars that I told him about and he left again, looking for the cars. After waiting for him for another 15 minutes, we got up and left. He saw us walk to our car and never tried to stop us. Obviously, he didn't want to sell a car that day. We went to another dealership and I purchased a Verano. His loss. More

I had addressed an issue with the dealership regarding a gentleman in the finance department and Mr. Rudy Escareno and Mr. Joe Genna contacted me immediately regarding the issue and took immediate steps to resolve the problem. They followed up with me every step of the way to make sure that I was satisfied with not only my purchase but with the dealership as a whole. I haven't had a lot of experience with the service department yet (that's a good sign) so I am unable to review that department. I would definitely recommend Castle Buick to family and friends. More
