The gm was no help to resolve issue! Rude person! We purchased a GMC Acadia certified pre owned and only 6 months later all the power failed no tail lights no turn signals no power windows nothing wor We purchased a GMC Acadia certified pre owned and only 6 months later all the power failed no tail lights no turn signals no power windows nothing worked. They said the fuse box needed to be replaced, so they did and again in January and February 3 times the fuse box has been replaced and the gm Andy was no help at all he was extremely rude arguing with us and walked away in the middle of our talk! So unethical! Stay away! We still have no solution!! More

Love my Buick Encore, loved the service at this dealership! I have traded Toyota for Buick, and I'm not going back. I tried for months to get Toyota to make good on its warranties for my Camry hybrid, which ha I have traded Toyota for Buick, and I'm not going back. I tried for months to get Toyota to make good on its warranties for my Camry hybrid, which had an excess oil consumption problem. I even had a platinum extended warranty. But the dealer kept insisting it wasn't bad enough. So I gave up and sold my Camry and bought a 2015 Buick Encore from Castle. I am so glad I did. I love my Encore, and I loved the folks at Castle. I had Toyotas for years, but no more. They don't deserve my business. More
