Easy Sales Transaction - EVEN BETTER Post-sales Experience. I purchased a used 2015 VW Jetta from Castle. I received a good deal on the car and found Tom Riggio to be a very professional and down to earth sale I purchased a used 2015 VW Jetta from Castle. I received a good deal on the car and found Tom Riggio to be a very professional and down to earth sales person. No pressure to buy, but rather a very helpful sales person who took an interest in me as a customer. Shortly after taking delivery of the car I experienced a mechanical issue with the vehicle. Upon calling the dealership to inform them of a problem, Sales Manager Tom Hackett went into action to call a tow truck and had it towed to the dealership. Although some other issues came into play during this experience that were clearly not up to dealership standards, I have to say that Castle made EVERYTHING right for me, the customer. General Manager Joe Genna contacted me personally to assure me that the mechanical issue would be fixed and all of the expenses associated with the repair would be covered by the dealership. In an age where customer service can either be really good or really bad, Joe and his team reassured me that they would make it right. AND THEY DID! The car was repaired and I am able to drive the vehicle having the peace of mind that it is mechanically sound and safe for my family to drive. Buying a car can be a stressful event as it is. Having a mechanical issue with the car I just purchased was even more stressful. Joe Genna eliminated my stress by taking personal responsibility of my situation to make sure I was satisfied. In the end, I have a great car and a trustworthy team of professionals at Castle Buick-GMC when I need them! Thanks Castle! More

Beyond Dissatisfied This is seriously the worst dealer experience I have ever had, with that being said, this is not my first dealer experience. Let's start off with the This is seriously the worst dealer experience I have ever had, with that being said, this is not my first dealer experience. Let's start off with the fact that I bought a car from here back in November. The gas cover was broken and the check engine light was on. Our salesman informed us that everything would be taken care of before leaving the lot. Well it wasn't, and we were on our way out when we noticed the issues had not been looked at. We asked about it again and the man stated to call him back tomorrow. I get it, it was 8 pm and they were almost going home, but that's not a reason to send us home when it was stated that everything would be looked at beforehand. When I was signing my paperwork, I noticed my address was wrong. The man said because it was late, he would have to call it in the next morning to fix everything. I never received a courtesy call letting me know it had been fixed. I called to speak to a manager and got their voicemail, I waited 3 days and had not received a call back. I called again and left a second voicemail. It resulted in my calling a third time to finally get a hold of someone. It was said that my paperwork had been fixed but I would not receive paperwork with the proper address, as I had requested, because it's all electronic. It's now January and I had still not received my first payment, only to find out I missed two payments already. Is this my fault? No. And no one at this dealer seems to care. More

Wow! Got exactly what we wanted for what we could afford. We were looking for a specific color Envision with a specific list of options. We even wanted the color matched running boards that are not yet available However they made it happen by custom painting a different color. The Castle team did everything expected and the vehicle price was within my budget and what I was expecting to pay. Great deal, great experience, and that's the reason why this is my second new vehicle purchase from Castle! More
