I saw a Lincoln they advertised on line spoke with my salesman Brandon he literally while on the phone walked me thru this car while walking around it and going thru the interior. I,m happy to say when I arrived and looked over it he was on the money after going thru this procedure with numerous dealers including CarMax the worst ! of all I finally found someone who knows what a clean car is. My compliments to Brandon and everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with from finance to warranty. In and out in no time professional courteous great people. oil change in and out I made appointment for my scheduled oil change, it took me 3 weeks to get in and i was worried it was to far out for warranty guarantee ( i was at 17% I made appointment for my scheduled oil change, it took me 3 weeks to get in and i was worried it was to far out for warranty guarantee ( i was at 17% ). The service guy assured me i was ok. When i got there i was a few minutes late( appointment was for 430pm) Arnold Muse had me pull my car right in got me all signed in and i went to wait. i figured i would be waiting over an hour and half. But a half hour later he came and got me and said i was all done. Best of all my oil change was free!! no charge not even a service charge. Wonderful!!! More
