Delivery process was mediocre My initial visit was fine to test drive and talk about the possibile purchase. Over the phone we agreed on a price and I set up an appointment time t My initial visit was fine to test drive and talk about the possibile purchase. Over the phone we agreed on a price and I set up an appointment time to pick up the vehicle/complete the paperwork. This process took two hours, the actual form signing ten minutes which could have been handled much faster. After getting the vehicle home, I discovered that the all weather mats were missing (had two sets of summer mats instead). I also noticed there were no wheel locks installed and my tire pressure warning indicator was on. I called the sales person who told me I could bring my vehicle back (70 mile RT) any time between 10 and 5pm on the day we agreed to. I showed up at the dealership, waited an hour to get the wheel locks on and mats replaced. The sales manager stopped by to apologize which was appreciated. Of course I forgot to mention the tire pressure which was not noticed by the dealer. On this vehicle there were no settings calibrated which requires a specialized tool so I ended up taking the vehicle to the Crystal Lake GMC dealer and they fixed it for free. In summary, people were pleasant at Castle but the delivery process was painful. More
