25,000 mile maintenance I originally went in for a routine oil change. Service rep told me I’m due for my 25K maintenance check. I decided to opt for that service. I asked how long it would take and was told 3-3 1/2 hours. He told me he can provide me a loaner. I was shocked. All in all, got an oil change, tire rotation, air filter and valves cleaned. It was ready an hour earlier than stated. Service rep was cordial and the loaner car rep was also. It turned out to be a pleasant day for me. More
