Patient and Extremely Helpful! Nubia began working with me the day before I came into the dealership. She gathered all of my information prior (on her day off I might add) so that w Nubia began working with me the day before I came into the dealership. She gathered all of my information prior (on her day off I might add) so that when I came in all things were ready to go. However the day me and my wife came in we were still unsure if buying a new car was going to work out for us. Just as we thought the initial quote we were given was just to far out of our range. At that moment Nubia went to bat for us. She continuley asked us “what is it that we are needing and price you want to be at”. She constantly kept telling us “just say what it is you are needing. Nothing wrong can be said. I just need to know what is is you’re wanting so I can fight for you”. After constant back and forth Nubia came in with a price $200 lower with no money down on top of it. It completey shocked both me and my wife! We appreciate your patience, understanding and willingness to work with us until will left the dealership in a new vehicle.
