Dear Sir/Madam, I am sorry you feel we gave you a fake credit report. We printed you a copy directly off of TransUnion's official website. As a dealer, we do not have access to other 3rd party sites such as Credit Karma, LifeLock, etc. A Military discount is available, however, in your particular situation, it made more sense to take advantage of the $10,000 off MSRP program instead of the Military Program. We are not able to combine all programs GM offers. We presented you with the best option for yourself. As far as the Free Oil Changes, that is a program we had available for nearly 10 years. For multiple reasons we, unfortunately, had to put an end to the program at the beginning of 2018. It is unfortunate that we were not able to reach an agreement on a new Terrain, but we are definitely ready to be of any further assistance down the road. Corey Owens General Manager

i did mot use credit karma, lifelock or any other third party. I used my Transunion account and my score was 30+ points over what you showed me. Yes you showed me a paper that stated you pulled my Transunion score. It did not have the transunion logo on it! Anyway that you put it you did not show me anything in writing to verify anything that you said. If you have incentives and/or specials that can be combined there is no way to explain NOT combining them all. Either way I am UNsatisfied, and EXTREMELY disappointed especially since I had such a great experience with my first lease from you!
