Misleading financials, Poor advocacy My experience with the dealership overall was not an impressive one. For starters, I felt that my salesman, Louis Mathews was anxious to just sale me My experience with the dealership overall was not an impressive one. For starters, I felt that my salesman, Louis Mathews was anxious to just sale me a car without advocating for any form of negotiation with business manager. I presented Louis and the business manager a copy of all cost and fees associated with the purchase of my vehicle according to Castle Buick website. During the final cost, I learned that a $725 dealer fee was to be charge; however, this was not listed on my printout from them website. Upon presenting documentation, the business manager stated that it was a mistake on the website and that he would have to have someone else fix the error. I expressed my dissatisfaction due to the contrary information from the website and from the general manager. Had I known about the additional fee, I probably would have gone elsewhere, but that option was not given to me until I arrived at the dealership and learned of another fee. The vehicle was for my parents in Louisiana, therefore, if the dealer fee factor in any free cost of maintenance such as oil changes, I did not need those because the vehicle was going reside in Louisiana. In addition, the detailing of the vehicle was done poorly, as the detailing person failed to clean open food between driver's seat and arm rest. I returned the vehicle before driving off the lot because of such to have it cleaned. The other detailed personnel did not cleaned what appeared to be a spilled beverage on the front side of the back seat. Eventually, I took the car to a detail shop and had them to clean everything. Once I got to Louisiana on Sunday, March 3, 2019, I learned that one of the car remotes did not work. I gave it my luck to purchase a battery, which resolved the issue. I'm not sure if this was just an isolated incident or not but I did want to give my honest feedback on this survey. More
Dishonest business practices They gave a fake credit score! They are not straight forward with their deals/incentives! There are no military discounts! They only try to sell the vehicles they want you to purchase, not the ones that you have researched for yourself! They are liars and extremely untrustworthy! I have a current 2017 Terreain on lease that they failed to inform about the 4 month turn in discount! They also made us pay for the FREE oil changes that our paperwork said we were entitled to, which of course is no longer offered! They would not refund our money! GOING TO FORD OR CHEVY! Would rather have a new Terrain but never dealing with CASTLE for anything except to turn my current lease in, as soon as I get another car! More

The Pinnacle of Dealers Stopped by to look at a 2019 GMC Sierra AT4, walked in the door and I was driving within 15 minutes. Che Bess took care of me on the floor, answered all the questions I had, showed me some new features that I was unaware of and let me drive whatever I wanted. He then proceeded to hammer out a great deal with Corey Owens to get me into the truck of my dreams!!! Everyone around the sales floor was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. On top of amazing service, the builds Castle are putting together for their lot are loaded with OPTIONS!!! You want to see a truck with this, that, or the other, they probably have it. Rudy Escharneo is the man you'll want to thank for building the truck you drive off their lot, he's good! THANK YOU RUDY!!! These guys even secured an interest rate that was better than what I got from my local bank. Thank you Castle Buick GMC. You should definitely purchase your next truck from these guys. Engine issues I have been having issues with my vehicle - tremoring of the vehicle, hesitation with acceleration, and traction light indicator. I brought my vehicle I have been having issues with my vehicle - tremoring of the vehicle, hesitation with acceleration, and traction light indicator. I brought my vehicle in to be evaluated and was told that even though codes have been retrieved showing intermittent issues, because nothing was able to be duplicated while the vehicle was at the dealership nothing could be done. Within 15 minutes of my 30-mile commute home, I again begin to have the same issues. My vehicle was just there a few months ago because of the same problems. At that time it was noted that I had one or two spark plug coils that had failed. I was told at that time, it's possible that I may have the same issues with the other coils and if my vehicle begin acting the same way to bring it back, which I did. I was charged the diagnostic fee and told to " bring it back if you continue to have problems". It is unclear to me as to why no repairs or replacement can be made unless there is complete part failure. Do I bring my vehicle back daily or weekly, continuing to pay the diagnostic fee each time...until? I hope there would be a better solution. The customer service representative was very nice and did his best to be very reassuring, but I still have concerns I asked for my vehicle to be taken out and driven because I experience the above issues on a daily basis and to be told that nothing happened that day, but 15 minutes after I'm in my vehicle I have the same issues, I wonder if my vehicle was even taken out, and if so was if it driven for any length of time to give the vehicle a chance to show the issue. My concern is not with customer service, each time I'm there I' am always treated nicely my concern is with the evaluation of my vehicle. More
