Service I always received excellent service at Castle. However my complaint is not with the service dept. On my last visit it was explained to me that becaus I always received excellent service at Castle. However my complaint is not with the service dept. On my last visit it was explained to me that because the issue has not yet been resolved service dept. has to contact manufacturer. They did not have a loaner car available so they gave me an appt. to bring it back in. They were able to reset code so engine light would go off. The issue is that I now have to hope the engine light comes back on before my appt. I have been having the same issue with my car since I purchased in 2016. I am still covered by the warranty but a little nervous that this issue will continue to happen after warranty expires. More
