They care about my satisfaction! When I bought my Buick Encore in October, 2018, we noticed a small nick in the glass of the rear door. They were willing to schedule the repair/replac When I bought my Buick Encore in October, 2018, we noticed a small nick in the glass of the rear door. They were willing to schedule the repair/replacement immediately, but due to family issues, I could not schedule until February, 2019. They took my car, and through no fault of their own could not replace the glass until several weeks later. In the meantime, they arranged for a loaner vehicle, which was even newer and nicer than mine! They kept me updated every week as to the car's status. When I picked up my car, I noticed some gouges on the bumper of my car which were not there when I gave them the car. Right away, they apologized for the damage and scheduled me for a repair. I don't care how long it takes to fix as long as it does get fixed and I am taken care of with excellence, as I have been. Arnold and the head of the service department have been attentive and professional. I highly recommend Castle Buick! More

Wasted time Brought vehicle in for service due to new 2018 Sierra hesitation in 1st gear on initial start up of the day. Turns out GM is aware of this issue and Brought vehicle in for service due to new 2018 Sierra hesitation in 1st gear on initial start up of the day. Turns out GM is aware of this issue and has no fix for it. And the dealership is unaware of this existing condition. So I brought the car in for nothing and wasted my time along with the dealerships time. You would think that the manufacturer would communicate either with me the customer or the dealership about an issue they are aware of!!!?? If knowing this issue maybe I wouldn't have bought this truck. Also the dealership upon doing nothing to my car, was suppose to was my car prior to picking up. I even asked if they would wash it hours earlier and was told it was. So I get there to pick up my truck and of course it wasn't washed. More

Very deceitful, unethical, snakes. Price for truck was listed as 37,120 on car gurus. That is why I went there. No where in the paperwork is that price shown. In fact, it shows the full Price for truck was listed as 37,120 on car gurus. That is why I went there. No where in the paperwork is that price shown. In fact, it shows the full list price. Sales tax was based on this full price. Plus they added an extended warranty and some other warranty thru Ally. Neither of these were requested. Spoke with Lou who said it could be cancelled after we receive the bank and loan # but money would come off the back end of loan. Ridiculous. We called 1st thing the next morning regarding this. Still have not received bank or loan #. So now we’re borrowing 1,000 more than the car gurus price of 37,120 with a down payment of $14,000 and credit score in the 800’s. Just feel xxxxx when going over this with my wife and seeing and now understanding what they did to me. The sales people were very personable and friendly and gained my trust. But very unethical. Don’t know how they can sleep at night. More
