The end result of your time spent is well worth it! Francisco was an individual who far exceeded our expectations, for someone who was wanting to just sell us a nice truck. He was friendly, helpful, courteous, kind... all the things that a boy scout needs to prosper in life. His manager Tom, got involved to see that the price and expectations of the trade in value were met, and when brought to the finance dept where I was delighted to see the final numbers, in fact, match my expectations closely! GM has an incredible dealership with these folks, including Lonell, the Assistant Manager of the service department to meet the needs that so many would like to see.. These folks have earned my admiration and business and I will continue to spread the word of how hard they had to work, to please, just a couple of retired people from so far away. More

Good but old school Informed dealership when I was coming. They said they would be ready for me. Got to dealer & my vehicle still needed to be fetched from far lot. Wait. Negotiation took place over Sharpie pens with no calculators very old school. Just happy they had vehicle I desired. Would prefer a more digital experience with the decision maker @ dealership. Driana was great on email & text pre-sale. GM mentioned in email to me that #14 was very important to him on this survey but there are no numbers. He never introduced himself to me either. Maybe he wasn't there but someone had to approve the sale to me where Paul scampered off to @ each step. More

Good Service I was having problems with the acceleration on my 2015 Terrain. So, I took it to the Service Department.
