Omg I purchased 3 gmc trucks in 2023 from castle riverside one of my truck they rear and tear engine twice since last 1and half month they r not fixing I really did a big mistake buying from them la riverside one of my truck they rear and tear engine twice since last 1and half month they r not fixing I really did a big mistake buying from them last 2 month I m in big loss this r the commercial vechiles they r not talking for compensation also may god bless this dealer More

Terrible service experience overall. The original service guy I was paired with was rude and unprofessional. I had a scheduled service appointment for Saturday morning. I had to call the The original service guy I was paired with was rude and unprofessional. I had a scheduled service appointment for Saturday morning. I had to call them on Monday afternoon to find out what was going on with my vehicle. They didn’t even look at my truck yet, the service guy never bothered calling me and was not concerned that he did not follow up up with me. After arguing I had to switch service guys. Took a few weeks to do a few days worth of work. My truck is still messed up. I would never go back there again. More
