Mical was extremely rude. During the process he acted like he didn’t need to sell me the Jeep because inventory was low due to a potential strike. How one point he raised his voice, yelled, and became overly aggressive. I will not be returning my lease to Cassens nor ever going back because of him. I can't rate Scott Wetzel because I had no dealing with him. Dustin was great. He kept our interest rate low (as can be) and payments manageable.
