The best thing I can say about the whole experience is that it reminded me of shopping with my dad when I was young and buying a car was a fun and exciting and the salesperson actually cared about you, helping you get what you wanted. We still have the pictures on the frig of our grandchildren when we took them to Cassens to see Santa. Holly still makes sure the grand kids get popcorn when they come in. Yes it is that kind of a dealership, keep up the good work. Just as a note I love dealing with Holly but I do shop around at at least three different dealerships and I have always got the best price with Holly and Cassens. More

Friendly Employees My sales rep, Jerry Price. was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not high-pressure me or try to rush me, even though the dealership was busy that day. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and didn't try to steer me towards something they were just trying to get off the lot. (I had that happen at another dealership.) He could see I was driving an older vehicle, and took time to explain a lot of the new features in the Cherokee Latitude that I test drove. Jerry took a lot of the stress out of purchasing a car, and I felt comfortable dealing with him and would do so again.
