Horrible experience in service dept Bought a brand new car from Cassen's was very satisfied with the buying experience, however, when it came time for warranty repair it was the worst ex Bought a brand new car from Cassen's was very satisfied with the buying experience, however, when it came time for warranty repair it was the worst experience I've ever had VERY rude to me, after telling me they would not cover my warranty issue they then charged me for something that they knew would not fix the problem without even asking if it was a service I wanted . SO disappointed and in the next year was planning on buying another car here. NOT NOW!!! Horrible customer service!!! More
