Dustin helped get me the best rate I've ever had on a vehicle and was great to work with. After negotiating a deal to buy it, they only THEN disclosed hail damage but agreed to fix it. As soon as they were paid (cash for the deal) the customer service is astonishingly terrible. They completely disregard customer service when repairing hail damage THEY DID NOT DISSCLOSE UNTIL AFTER I AGREED TO BUY THE CAR. The second time back at the dealership was to fix the doors because water is leaking into the floorboards of the brand new car. I was met with equally disgusting and unprofessional servicemen and unacceptable behavior. These people do not care about anything but the sale and lie about their customer service and almost everything else. Do not take the risk of having the same experience as me, buy somewhere else. There are plenty of options. More

Very helpful and no waiting I was stranded near St. Louis, en route to Wyoming, with a major fluid leak. Drove to Cassen's, the closest Dodge/Chrysler dealership, and presented I was stranded near St. Louis, en route to Wyoming, with a major fluid leak. Drove to Cassen's, the closest Dodge/Chrysler dealership, and presented myself at the service counter. Randy Voyles, Asssistant Service Manager, took care of me immediately even though everyone was pretty busy. Mr. Voyles looked under the hood, evaluated the problem, then asked one of the mechanics on duty to confirm his evaluation. Turned out to be a leaking brake fluid line coupling that needed to be tightened. No charge, no sweat, the most painless visit to a dealership service department I've ever experienced. SO disappointed and in the next year was planning on buying another car here. NOT NOW!!! Horrible customer service!!! More
