Friendly Employees My sales rep, Jerry Price. was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not high-pressure me or try to rush me, even though the dealership was busy that day. My sales rep, Jerry Price. was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not high-pressure me or try to rush me, even though the dealership was busy that day. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and didn't try to steer me towards something they were just trying to get off the lot. (I had that happen at another dealership.) He could see I was driving an older vehicle, and took time to explain a lot of the new features in the Cherokee Latitude that I test drove. Jerry took a lot of the stress out of purchasing a car, and I felt comfortable dealing with him and would do so again. Dustin Simaytis in the Finance Dept. was also friendly and pleasant to work with. And my new Cherokee Latitude is such a comfortable ride and handles great! I'm very happy with it. Thanks, Cassens! Well that didn't hurt! I was hoping to drive my 10-year-old Mazda at least another year but unfortunately my son grew 2 inches over the summer and the car just wasn't big e I was hoping to drive my 10-year-old Mazda at least another year but unfortunately my son grew 2 inches over the summer and the car just wasn't big enough for him to sit in the backseat. There was no way his sister was going to let him sit shotgun as long as she was in the car. I drove past the lot and saw the Lincoln hybrid and immediately turned around to look at it. I was able to take it home to see if it fit in the garage and drive it with both kids sitting comfortably. Of course they still b*tched about not having enough room...Oh, well. Mommy is happy with her new car and that's all that counts since I pay the bills! More
