He never one time pushed me to purchase anything I could not afford he was helpful and understanding. Hands down one of the that's experience in a long while with a car dealership. Everyone was friendly and top-notch. Dustin the financial guy was one of the best and funniest numbers guys you will meet he didn't make you feel like you were signing your life away to a vehicle that's going to be a debt burden your whole life very professional and top-notch as well. These people will take care of you and make sure you're comfortable with the decision of the vehicle you want for yourself and family. More

They purchasing experience was very low pressure and didn't take all day like it does at some dealerships. The best thing I can say about the whole experience is that it reminded me of shopping with my dad when I was young and buying a car was a fun and exciting and the salesperson actually cared about you, helping you get what you wanted. We still have the pictures on the frig of our grandchildren when we took them to Cassens to see Santa. Holly still makes sure the grand kids get popcorn when they come in. Yes it is that kind of a dealership, keep up the good work. Just as a note I love dealing with Holly but I do shop around at at least three different dealerships and I have always got the best price with Holly and Cassens. More
