Very satisfied! I called to see if the Kia was still available and explained to my Sales Consultant, Holly, that my car had been wrecked and I would try and find a ri I called to see if the Kia was still available and explained to my Sales Consultant, Holly, that my car had been wrecked and I would try and find a ride to Cassens that day. She offered to come pick me up and was at my house (across town) in 20 minutes. Holly was very easy going and didn't try and 'hassle' me to buy the car, and was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process.
