We had been shopping for a new vehicle for a few weeks. We considered all the regular contenders, Ford, GMC, Toyota, and Chevy. As others say it, Cassen was a breath of fresh air. Evan Johnson and Scott Wetzel together did 2 things that no other dealership has ever done. #1. Get right to the bottom-line price and trade in, no harassment, and #2. Fix a mistake after the sale. Big shout out to Service, these guys asked me to drop it off the night before and they would have it back by COB the next day, and they finished at 0830 the next day and did a great job. We didn't need anything special from financing, but Brandon Harris listened well and ended up saving us some money. If I am around long enough, I will definitely shop there again. More

The easiest sale we've encountered. We knew what we wanted. They understood that and didn't bother us with other options. Drove the vehicle. Came back and signed papers.
